Refunds
While we do not accept returns, we understand that unforeseen issues can arise. If your Pillow Bag arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at info@qosmotera.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
